Miss Lynne Sherry
I joined Meadows Primary School and Nursery in April 2021 as the Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator (SENDCo) and as one of the two Assistant Headteachers.
I am also a SENDCo buddy for Telford and Wrekin, a trained Drawing and Talking Practitioner as well as an Autism Lead Teacher. I am dedicated to supporting the needs of all learners, particularly those who have additional needs in our school.
Prior to joining Meadows Primary School, I had been a Key Stage Two teacher for many years with experience as an Inclusion Manager, SENDCo support, Early Reading Lead, Mental Health Lead and MFL/Art Co-ordinator. I had provided extra-curricular activities for creative writing and netball; two activities which I thoroughly enjoy.
Since joining Meadows Primary School and Nursery, I have enjoyed getting to know all the wonderful children in our school and working with the families. Finding the potential in all of our children and seeing them flourish is by far the best part of my role. When they realise their strengths, they will leave this school knowing that they have the ability to grow into positive, ambitious adults.
I am here to support, so please don't hesitate to get in touch with me. You cancontact meby e-mailat anytime.
