Our SENDCo Team

At Meadows Primary School and Nursery, we have a full-time Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Co-ordinator and two Assistant SENDCos. Together, they are committed to enabling all in our school to aspire, grow and flourish.

    Mrs Lucy Snaith

    I am delighted to be joining the Meadows family and look forward to working with the whole school community to ensure every child can flourish and achieve their full potential. With 16 years of teaching experience, I am passionate about SEND and inclusion, which was also the focus of my degree studies and remains a key area of professional interest and expertise.

    I strongly believe that every child deserves the support, opportunities and encouragement needed to succeed, and I am committed to creating an environment where all pupils feel valued, included and empowered to thrive.

    I am excited to begin this new chapter at Meadows and to work in partnership with families, staff and pupils to support the best possible outcomes for every child.

    I am delighted to have started as Assistant SENDCo at Meadows in January 2025. Alongside Miss Sherry, Mrs Trubridge and Miss Hughes, I am committed to enabling the very best excellence in inclusion at Meadows.

    I focus on supporting the SEND provision in our Nursery and Reception.

    I look forward to working with you to enable our children to aspire, grow and flourish from their earliest days in our school.

    I am delighted to have started as Assistant SENDCo at Meadows in October 2024. Alongside Miss Sherry , Mrs Burrows and Mrs Trubridge, I am committed to enabling the very best excellence in inclusion at Meadows.

    I focus on supporting the SEND provision in Years 1, 2 and 3 at Meadows and look forward to working with you to enable our children to aspire, grow and flourish.
